What is an unmodified cable box descrambler? What does this mean? How does it work?

Unmodified cable box descramblers are simply A cable box that is capable of tuning in any cable companies basic or extended basic channels. It is not capable of tuning in any pay per view or premium channels. If you want premium channels you must rent a cable box from your cable company and pay them for the services that you receive.
Unmodified cable box descramblers also work with antenna channels. You can receive channels that are broadcast over the air. The boxes we sell cannot decode any unauthorized channels. Unmodified cable boxes are commonly used by plasma TV owners. 99% of plasma TV's do not come with a tuner and A cable box or tuning device must be used in order to get the signal to the plasma TV.
